Judith Forry

Accounts and IT Manager and Paralegal for Tyann L. Miller, Esquire
Judith joined the firm of Mooney & Associates in May of 2006, she served as the firm’s personal injury paralegal, as the firm Needles Coordinator, and IT Manager. As a result of firm growth, Judith was appointed as IT Manager for Mooney & Associates in October 2010 and as Accounts Manager in March 2011. Her duties include set up and maintanence of computer equipment for all offices, training new hires, installation of software, coding of documents, and ordering of computer equipment. She handles all accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as payroll responsibilities. She obtained her Paralegal Degree from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2005 and is also paralegal to Attorney Tyann Miller.
In her spare time, Judith enjoys interior decorating, playing the piano, reading, and spending time with her family.

Janice Durbin

Paralegal for the Probate & Estate Administration Division
Janice joined Mooney & Associates in 2006. She handles estate probate and estate administration cases for the firm. Janice previously worked as a paralegal for fifteen years for two Hanover Law Firms.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, granddaughter and friends. She also enjoys reading, shopping, walking, and trips to the mountains or beach.

Rosemary Connelly

Paralegal for the Real Estate Division
Rosemary joined Mooney & Associates in August of 2012. She brings 15 years of legal experience in a number of areas of law while focusing primarily in the field of real estate. She supervises the entire real estate division for Mooney & Associates from the preparation of real estate documents, such as, sales/purchase agreements, deeds, notes and mortgages through monitoring every real estate transaction from beginning to end.
She especially takes pride in giving support to clients who need it through the sale or purchase of a commercial business or home or dealing with the difficultly of confronting a possible short sale and/or foreclosure. She is in constant contact with attorneys, clients, real estate agents and loan officers through every real estate matter. She is a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College majoring in Paralegal Studies and York College of Pennsylvania majoring in Business Administration.
Rosemary loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her granddaughter. She has a passion for quilting, riding and showing her Arabian horses, playing
with her Labrador Retrievers, Bailey, Minnie and Pearl, and collecting antiques. -

Paralegal for the Personal Injury Department

Jessica joined the firm of Mooney & Associates in August of 2010. She has a degree in Paralegal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College. Jessica’s duties include case management of motor vehicle, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and social security cases from inception through settlement and/or trial. Case management includes assisting clients with claim set up, obtaining medical and wage records, dealing with police departments, insurance companies, and hospitals, as well as preparation of final settlement documents.
Jessica is dedicated to assisting our injured clients in obtaining fair compensation and to easing their anxiety and frustration when dealing with insurance companies.

Branwyn Ridgway

Paralegal for Personal Injury Department

Branwyn joined Mooney & Associates in October 2010 as a Personal Injury Paralegal. She oversees the case management of motor vehicle, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security case from inception through settlement and/or trial. Her duties include assisting clients with claim set up, obtaining medical and wage records, dealing with police departments, insurance companies and hospitals, as well as preparation of final settlement documents.
Branwyn has a degree in Paralegal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College as well as a Bachelors degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. Before joining Mooney & Associates she spent ten years as a Sales and Marketing manager for an international manufacturing company. Branwyn enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Pamela Rockwell

Paralegal for the Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Law Divisions
Paralegal for John J. Mooney, III, Esquire
Pamela provides legal assistance in the family, criminal, and civil law divisions by drafting pleadings, complaints, and documents. In order to prepare cases for trial, Pamela performs some investigative work such as witness interviewing. She also assists in evidence documentation and researches relevant case law for motions and appeals. Pamela responds to client inquiries and assists in drafting correspondence to judges, attorneys, and court personnel. Pamela assists Attorney Mooney in all aspects of case preparation.
Pamela joined Mooney and Associates in August 2001, after having served for four years as the secretary to President Judge Oscar Spicer in the Adams County Court of Common Pleas. Pamela has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University. Pamela enjoys playing the piano, shopping for bargains and spending time with her husband and two children.

Angela joined Mooney and Associates as Attorney Mooney’s paralegal in September of 2007 after working for 6 years for another law firm in Gettysburg, PA. She provides assistance in the family, criminal and civil divisions. Angela drafts pleadings, complaints and other various documents as well as responds to client’s questions and phone calls.
In her spare time, Angela enjoys reading, watching movies, shopping, exercising and spending time with her family.

Paralegal for the Criminal Law and Family Law Divisions
Paralegal for Katrina M. Luedtke, Esquire
Wanda provides legal assistance in the criminal, and family divisions. As Attorney Luedtke’s paralegal, located in the New Oxford office, she handles correspondence, assists in pleading and document preparation and maintains client files. Wanda also assists in the preparation of petitions.
Wanda has worked for Mooney and Associates since October 2001. In the past, Wanda worked in the Prothonotary’s office of Adams County as an administrative assistant. She enjoys gardening, reading, antiqueing, making crafts and spending time with her husband and two children. She is a member of the North-South Skirmish Association and participates in camping and wearing civil war period dress. She also serves as secretary for her church council and is a member of the church choir and director for vacation bible school.

Caren joined Mooney & Associates in September 2007. She provides legal assistance in the family, criminal and civil law division. As Attorney Swartz’s paralegal, she assists in all aspects of case preparation for trial. She researches relevant case law, drafts and prepares pleadings, complaints, correspondence and responds to client questions.
Caren earned an A.S.B Degree in Legal Administrative Assisting from Consolidated School of Business. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.

Paralegal for Amy E.W. Ehrhart, Esquire
Brandy provides legal assistance in the family, criminal and civil action divisions. As Attorney Ehrhart’s paralegal, she assists in pleading and document preparation, drafting correspondence, and maintains client files.
Brandy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania, with a specialization in Urban Studies. She is a published author in a scholarly journal for her work pertaining to immigration. Prior to joining Mooney & Associates in September 2011, Brandy worked as a paralegal for a Hanover law firm specializing in family, probate, estate administration and municipal law. She enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with her husband and two children.

Paralegal for Mark A. Buterbaugh, Esquire
Brittany provides legal assistance in the criminal, civil and family divisions. As Attorney Schreck’s paralegal, located in the Chambersburg office, she handles correspondence, assists in pleading and document preparation and maintains client files.
As Attorney Buterbaugh’s paralegal, Brittany handles all facets of workers’ compensation litigation. Additionally, in premises liability, Brittany handles all aspects including discovery, correspondence and demand preparation.
Brittany has a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Kutztown University. She previously worked as a case manager for a large personal injury firm in Harrisburg. She enjoys reading, exercising, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. Brittany has worked for Mooney and Associates since 2011.

Paralegal for Jeff R. Lawrence, Esquire
Tina joined Mooney & Associates in October of 2010, after working in a law firm in Harrisburg. She is located at our Carlisle office. As the paralegal to Attorney Lawrence, she handles the drafting and prepareation of pleadings, correspondance and various other documents, as well as, responding to client questions.
Tina received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College in December of 2005. She enjoys riding and showing hunter/jumper horses, and also, teaching children to ride.

Cindy Myers

Receptionist & Back-up Paralegal for Jeff R. Lawrence, Esquire
Cindy joined the firm in July 2011 serving as the evening Receptionist for the Mercersburg office. In July 2012, she added the evening Receptionist duties for our Shippensburg office. In November 2012, she accepted a position in the Carlisle office as Receptionist/Back-up Paralegal for Attorney Jeff Lawrence three days a week. Her main tasks consist of correspondence and document preparation, filing and phone calls. Cindy earned her Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University and has 20 years experience working as a Real Estate and Probate Paralegal in Franklin County, PA and Berkeley County, WV. Cindy and her husband own and operate a seasonal business in Maryland. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her family and cooking.

Bria joined Mooney and Associates on January 12th, 2009. She is attending York College, majoring in Nursing. She occupies her free time by practicing her violin, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
