Accounts Manager and Paralegal for Tyann L. Miller, Esquire
Judith joined the firm of Mooney & Associates in May of 2006, she served as the firm’s personal injury paralegal, as the firm Needles Coordinator, and IT Manager. As a result of firm growth, Judith was appointed as IT Manager for Mooney & Associates in October 2010 and as Accounts Manager in March 2011. Her duties include set up and maintanence of computer equipment for all offices, training new hires, installation of software, coding of documents, and ordering of computer equipment. She handles all accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as payroll responsibilities. She obtained her Paralegal Degree from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2005 and is also paralegal to Attorney Tyann Miller.
In her spare time, Judith enjoys interior decorating, playing the piano, reading, and spending time with her family.
Senior Real Estate Paralegal
Amy joined Mooney & Associates in June 2012. She has over twenty (20) years of legal experience in real estate transactions. In addition to working for law offices, she has been licensed as a realtor and worked alongside loan officers so she understands every aspect of the transaction. She manages the entire real estate division for Mooney & Associates from signing the contract to recording the releases and issuing the title insurance policies.
Amy is very organized and she believes that communication with each client is essential. Buying a property is a very exciting time for clients since it may be the largest purchase of a life time and therefore, she carefully explains each phase of the purchase (or sale) and is always available for any questions during the entire process. Amy prides herself in every client having a pleasant experience with Mooney & Associates.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her three rapidly growing sons, extended family and great friends. Together they do various activities including boating, cooking, watching movies, playing card games, camping and more.
Paralegal for Personal Injury Department
Branwyn joined Mooney & Associates in October 2010 as a Personal Injury Paralegal. She oversees the case management of motor vehicle, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security case from inception through settlement and/or trial. Her duties include assisting clients with claim set up, obtaining medical and wage records, dealing with police departments, insurance companies and hospitals, as well as preparation of final settlement documents.
Branwyn has a degree in Paralegal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College as well as a Bachelors degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. Before joining Mooney & Associates she spent ten years as a Sales and Marketing manager for an international manufacturing company. Branwyn enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Paralegal for Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation Department
Bria joined Mooney & Associates in January 2009 as the Runner. Since September 2013, Bria has worked as a personal injury, social security and workers’ compensation paralegal. Her duties include assisting clients with setting up claims, obtaining medical and wage information from providers and dealing with insurance companies, hospitals and preparing settlement brochures.
In her spare time she enjoys golfing, scrapbooking, watching movies, eating out and spending time with her family and friends.

Paralegal for George W. Swartz II, Esquire
Pamela provides legal assistance in the family, criminal, and civil law divisions by drafting pleadings, complaints, and documents. In order to prepare cases for trial, Pamela performs some investigative work such as witness interviewing. She also assists in evidence documentation and researches relevant case law for motions and appeals. Pamela responds to client inquiries and assists in drafting correspondence to judges, attorneys, and court personnel. Pamela assists Attorney Swartz in all aspects of case preparation.
Pamela joined Mooney and Associates in August 2001, after having served for four years as the secretary to President Judge Oscar Spicer in the Adams County Court of Common Pleas. Pamela has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University. Pamela enjoys playing the piano, shopping for bargains and spending time with her husband and two children.

Jessica joined the firm of Mooney & Associates in August of 2010 with a degree in Paralegal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College. Jessica started as a personal injury paralegal wherein her duties included case management of motor vehicle and personal injury cases from inception through settlement and/or trial. As of November 2013, Jessica is currently working with Attorney Mooney in the family law, criminal law, and civil law divisions by drafting complaints, pleadings, and various other documents. Jessica also responds to client inquiries.

Angela joined Mooney and Associates as Attorney Mooney’s paralegal in September of 2007 after working for 6 years for another law firm in Gettysburg, PA. She provides assistance in the family, criminal and civil divisions. Angela drafts pleadings, complaints and other various documents as well as responds to client’s questions and phone calls.
In her spare time, Angela enjoys reading, watching movies, shopping, exercising and spending time with her family.

Brittany provides legal assistance in the criminal, civil and family divisions. As Attorney Schreck’s paralegal, located in the Chambersburg office, she handles correspondence, assists in pleading and document preparation and maintains client files.
As Attorney Buterbaugh’s paralegal, Brittany handles all facets of workers’ compensation litigation. Additionally, in premises liability, Brittany handles all aspects including discovery, correspondence and demand preparation.
Brittany has a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Kutztown University. She previously worked as a case manager for a large personal injury firm in Harrisburg. She enjoys reading, exercising, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. Brittany has worked for Mooney and Associates since 2011.
Managing Paralegal for the Carlisle Office
Paralegal for Shawn M. Stottlemyer, Esquire
Wendy joined Mooney & Associates in January of 2014. She is located in our Carlisle office. As a paralegal to Attorney Stottlemyer, she handles the drafting of pleadings, correspondence and various other documents. She is also responsible for client questions and phone calls.
Wendy graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies from National Paralegal College in 2013. Before joining Mooney & Associates, she started and ran two businesses for the last twenty years.
Richard joined Mooney and Associates in October 2014 as its Administrative Assistant. His duties include supporting billing and payment plans, supporting marketing and outreach, performing case file maintenance, and handling a wide range of other tasks as assigned.
Before joining Mooney and Associates, he retired from the United States Navy after serving 21 years as an Intelligence Officer. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Saint Joseph’s University.
When he isn’t working, Richard helps his wife to homeschool their four children, supports development activities for his church, and bicycles around Adams and York counties.
